As well as the numerous golf courses on the East Coast, the West Coast also has an abundance of quality golfing including the Course's of Turnberry, Royal Troon and Old Prestwick Golf Club that hosted the first ever Open Championships.

The Capital City “Edinburgh” never sleeps. With its nightlife and many acclaimed restaurants and hotels it provides an excellent base to visit Scotland, hosting one of the world's largest street parties on Hogmanay.

Just one of the major sporting events to be held in the Capital is the 'The Six Nations Rugby Tournament’, which starts in Mid February and ends in March.

The International Edinburgh Fringe Festival & Tattoo is held every year throughout August, this is a major attraction for thousands of visitors from all over the world, who come to see many street performers as well as shows.
